Kanvasio ("we", "our", "us") is a UK-based print-on-demand apparel platform operated by WebQ9 Ltd.

What data we collect

We collect:

• Your email address when you sign in or place an order
• Your shipping address when you checkout
• Design data (Fabric.js JSON, uploaded images) when you create a design
• Order details and payment confirmation from Stripe
• Session data stored in your browser (cart contents, cookie consent)

How we use your data

• To fulfil your order and send it to our print and shipping partner
• To send you order confirmation and shipping emails via Resend
• To let you manage your account and past orders
• To improve our service (analytics, error tracking)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data processors

• Stripe — payment processing (UK/EU compliant)
• Print and shipping partner(s) — order fulfilment and shipping
• Supabase — database and file storage (EU region)
• Resend — transactional email
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to processing
