Agreement

By using Kanvasio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic-link (OTP) authentication — never share codes with anyone.

Orders and payment

• All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send a confirmation email
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that breach our content policy

Custom designs and content policy

You confirm that any content you upload or generate is:

• Owned by you or you have the right to use it
• Not infringing any third-party copyright, trademark or IP
• Not hateful, defamatory, obscene, or illegal

Kanvasio reserves the right to reject designs without explanation.

Returns and refunds

Custom-printed items cannot be returned unless they are defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
