How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days after production. Your estimated window is shown at checkout.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. You can upload PNG or JPG assets, add text, clipart, and generate ideas with AI directly in the customizer.
What is your print quality policy?
We run print-area and quality checks in the editor. If a product arrives with a confirmed print defect, we provide replacement or refund support.
Do you accept returns for custom items?
Because each item is made-to-order, returns are accepted for defects, damage, or fulfilment errors. See our returns policy for full details.
Where can I track my order?
If you are signed in, go to your account orders. Guest orders can be tracked from the order email link or via our order status page.
How do I choose the right size?
The design page includes a size guide section and full size guide modal where available. If you are between sizes, choose based on fit preference.
Do you support bulk or team orders?
Yes. Use our bulk orders page and share your timeline, quantity, and design needs for a tailored quote.
Do you ship internationally?
At launch we focus on UK shipping. EU and wider international shipping are planned after legal and fulfilment expansion.
